We aim to despatch within 3 working days, although there may be exceptions to this during UK national holidays. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or a refund. Postage, packaging and handling is charged at or close to cost, and delivery may be by one of several agents, depending on the size of your order. Currently we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DHL.

Delivery to the European Union and the Rest of the World is by Royal Mail Airmail, normally from three working days from despatch for Europe and from five working days for the Rest of the World. You may elect to have heavier items shipped via surface mail. Orders that are too heavy for airmail (the current limit is 2kg or 4lbs 4oz) may be split into smaller packages.

Fabrics-n-Stuff do not profit from shipping and delivery charges.

Returning Items Shipping & Returns
Should you wish to return goods, please contact us via the web form. On authorisation, we will e-mail you a Returns Note detailing goods and terms of return.

A standard handling charge of 20% plus the cost of return carriage or a minimum handling charge of £20.00, whichever is the greater will be made for the return of goods which meet the following criteria:

  • All returned goods must be in a marketable condition.
  • Fabric has not been cut.
  • With any return it is essential that the Returns Note is enclosed with the parcel and properly packed.
We will refund the full purchase price of the goods plus shipping and delivery costs on faulty items.

Claims Shipping & Returns
No claims or returns whatsoever can be accepted for any error once the fabric has been cut.
